What is mindful intimacy? Mindful sex, most simply put, is the practice of fully immersing your mind and your body in the same moment in time. Put even more simply, it is the opposite of mindless sex. Mindless sex happens when, instead of being fully present during the experience, your attention is elsewhere and you might be lost in thought.
How do you get an orgasm out of your head? Take a few deep breaths, and if you’re comfortable, ask your partner to do it with you. Focus on the sensations in each part of your body, move all the way from your head to your toes. Give yourself a mantra to repeat in your head, “be here”, “I’m present”, “I want to feel”, whatever feels good to you.
How do you make love consciously? – Conscious love is about being open and intimate with each other. – Conscious love is about listening to each other’s point of view and learning about each other. – Conscious love is about respecting each other. – Conscious love is being supportive of each other in any given situation.
